Can I use outside vendors?
Yes, but you must provide COI for each one and show proof of proper certification for the business you hire.
What areas are for rent?
We have a variety of areas available for your dream wedding in Miami:

What Eco-Friendly Policy Do you Have?
We do not allow single use plastics on our property. This includes:
- Plastic Cups
- Plastic Utensils
- Plastic Plates
- Balloons
- Plastic Petals
Ignoring this can result in forfeiting your deposit.
What Time Does Venue Close?
Everything must be done and cleared by Midnight. In fact, the party should end by 11pm, and all vendors should be out by midnight.
Are we able to Have party Inside Barn or Home?
Who Should the COI additionally insure
Certificate of insurance should additionally ensure Linking Events.
Are items able to be dropped off prior to the event date?
No. All items should be dropped off on the day of the event rental during the set up hours.
Are additional venue rental hours available on the day of the event?
We recommend adding any additional hours at least 2 weeks before. If an overage happens the day of, please refer to the contract as the hourly fee will be at a higher rate and charged to the credit card on file. Because of this, please communicate with your vendors to properly manage load in and out time.
How do we hold the date?
If you want to hold a date, you need to pay 25% percent of total.

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, pay the Security Deposit thirty (30) days prior to the event: $800.00
Your security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event, once we’ve completed the final inspection of the property.
Does pleasant garden require event insurance?
Yes, we require a $1 million dollar day of the insurance policy. The policy protects you, your guests, and the property, from any damage that may occur during or after your event.

Can the pleasant garden accommodate more than one event at the same time?
It can be very competitive to host a wedding in Miami. Because of this, our venue is very flexible and can host multiple events in one day or more than one event simultaneously. However, if you would like to guarantee the entire private access of the venue, let us know and we can make it happen!
Do you have an onsite bridal suite?
Yes! We have a bridal suite where the bride and bridesmaid can lounge and get ready with ample space.
Can I schedule my wedding rehearsal at the pleasant garden?
Yes. The date and time of your rehearsal will depend on availability.
Is a final walkthrough included?
Yes, we include a final walkthrough!
Do you offer a valet service?
Yes, valet service is available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like more details, please send an email.
Valet parking is mandatory for events over 50 guests.
How many restrooms are there?
The Pleasant Garden has one bathroom available on the grounds. We always recommend renting luxury bathrooms. For weddings in Miami that are over 50 guests, it is mandatory to rent bathrooms.
Am I responsible for event clean-up?
Yes. Breakdown must take place after the event. Vendors are responsible for the removal of their trash.
Standard cleaning services are included in the venue rental.
What is the pleasant gardens open flame policy?
Torches, sparklers, and/ or fireworks of any kind are not permitted. Under certain circumstances, candles may be permitted with advanced approval. Sternos and certain outdoor grilling options are allowed by approved caterers with advanced notice.
Do you have an alcohol policy?
Alcohol must be provided by the client.
Do you have a smoking policy?
We do not permit smoking on our property.
Do we have to use pleasant gardens preferred vendor list?
Pleasant Garden has carefully curated a Preferred Vendor list with some great vendors in the area. Each of these vendors is familiar with the space and our venue rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
However, if you would like to bring in an “Outside Vendor,” that vendor must meet specific insurance and operating qualifications. Also, additional fees may apply.
Are tables, linens, chairs, bars, or glassware provided?

All of the items in our shop are add-on items.
Can we have live music and how late can we play music?
Yes, DJ or live music for private events can be played at the venue. However, we do not allow you to play amplified music on outdoor areas/patios after 11:00 PM.
Can I attach things to the walls?
All temporary signage or posters, if any, must be freestanding and are subject to prior approval and placement by Pleasant Garden staff. We prohibit the use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations. Please use a non-marking adhesive putty to attach things.
