Or “Chicken with rice”, a traditional Spanish dish that includes Spanish yellow rice, chicken, peas, and red peppers, and seasoned with savory spices.

• Misc. -chef service, food prepared on-site, served buffet style
  On-site -cooking takes place outdoors.

  -assistant will be required at a fee depending on the size of the event, appetizers, or other
• -Chef arrives approximately 1 ½ – 2 hours prior to serving time. The chef will serve for approximately 30-40 Minutes, and simultaneously pick up the area. Any leftovers will be packaged for you.
• It is suggested leftovers be consumed within 2 hours of serving time.
• -The staff is allotted a specific time for service. For every half hour the staff is extended there
  Is a $60.00 fee applied after that. (the staff has prior/future engagement that is given the same attention as your event; your cooperation is greatly appreciated)
• -we reserve the right to guarantee the food if additional proteins are provided for the dish by the client
• -Gratuity is not included in pricing
