Additional hours are billed at $60 per hour.
* The bride must provide a detailed outline, including vendor contacts and all necessary details for the coordinator to follow on the day of the event. The coordinator’s efficiency will depend on the completeness of the provided document.
* Add $150 for Day of Coordinator to conduct a site visit (up to 1 hour) with the bride at the venue to review the layout and attend the final walkthrough.
