- The bartender will be wearing all black if different outfits are required one can be arranged at an additional cost.
- 3 weeks before please provide a final list of mixers and alcohol that you will have for your bartender at the start of the shift.
- 3 weeks before providing your drink menu with your specialty drinks 2-3 – this will keep your line moving and not have guess guessing. We will gladly print the menu & place it on the bar if provided in time.
- if you aren’t purchasing a bar package – don’t forget to provide any items shakers/dispensers/glassware/ice/coolers…. Etc. that bartender will need in order to serve your guest.
- Keep in mind when picking hours that your bartenders need at least 1.5hr “prep time” before they can start serving guests and “1 hr pick up” time after they stop serving.
